JR moves out of the Chandler mansion
JR tells Adam that he has quit Chandler and signs all her stock and shares over to Adam so he can have a chance to get the company back from Zach. Adam is stunned and doesn’t believe it. He tells JR he is a traitor and a failure. JR says he did it to save both of them. He also tells Adam he is moving out and getting a job. Adam is even more surprised. He is disappointed JR is leaving but too proud to admit it. However he does admit that paying a months rent to Zach was a waste because Colby moved out the day before!
